GENERAL INFOARMATION :-

For the purpose of "Package Tours" a person above 3 years and below 12 years will be treated as child.
In the event of inadequate booking, tour may be cancelled and in such case money will be either refunded or reserved for the next available tour as the traveler/ tourist may desire.
KMVN provides almost equally good and clean accommodation in private lodges if Nigam's accommodation is fully packed.
Tourist are requested to report one hour before the departure of tour.
Package includes full veg. food at each Tourist Rest House. Non-veg will be served on extra cost.
Minimum 4 pax. will require for package tour.
In the event of break down on account of road blockage of any kind of interruption in road transport during the tour efforts for alternative arrangements for the transport of Pilgrim/ Tourists to the next destination as per tour programme will be made through the redially available local transport means at the time and place. No refund shall be made in such case.
Any dispute, claim or legal proceedings between the pilgrims/ tourists and the Nigam shall be subjected to the Jurisdiction of the court of district Nainital, Uttaranchal

CANCELLATION RULES :-

8 to 10 days before the departure 70% of the total amount.
4 to 7 days before the departure 50% of the amount.
3 days before the departure no refund.
